The community development director may require each nonmaintained or abandoned telecommunications facility to be removed from the building or premises when such a facility has not been repaired or put into use by the owner or agent within ninety (90) calendar days after notice of nonmaintenance or abandonment is given to the owner or agent.(Ord. 2012-15, 9-20-2012; amd.
