§ 33.05 APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE AND SETTING OF BOND.
   The Town Council hereby appoints a Municipal Court Judge of said town as provided in § 33.04(A). His or her bond to secure the performance of his or her duties is set at $1,000 with good and sufficient corporate surety to be approved by the Mayor of the town and payable to said town.
