(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who does not comply with an order issued under § 150.08(A)(1) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $2,000 for each violation of said order and shall be subject to confinement in jail of 30 days for each violation of said order. Each day of violation of the order shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) A penalty not to exceed $500 per day, per violation, may be assessed for noncompliance with §§ 150.25 through 150.27.
