Certain documents are on file in the office of the Town Secretary of the town, being marked and designated as “International Plumbing Code”, as published by the International Code Council and is hereby designated as the official guideline of all plumbing practices which affect any water for human consumption in the town, for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems in said town, and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such International Plumbing Code, 1997 edition, published by the International Code Council on file in the office of said town are hereby referred to, adopted as the official guideline and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this subchapter.
