(A) All windows, doors or any other means to entry and exit shall be able to be secured to prevent unauthorized entry into the structure. The roof shall be maintained to prevent any substantial leaks.
(B) The walls and ceiling shall be maintained so that no component of said walls or ceilings, neither sags or deviates more than six inches from the normal position. Walls and ceilings must not have any single opening, other than those for entry/exit or utility line, that are over six inches in their greatest dimension (direction).
(C) The floors shall be maintained so as to support normal household goods and human traffic upon them. Floors shall not sag or deviate from their normal position more than six inches.
(D) There shall be no opening on the outside of the structure that would allow any warm blooded creature or reptile to enter the structure. An access specifically installed for domesticated pets will be the only exception to the above.
(E) All structures that are occupied by human inhabitants must have a lawful connection to running potable (drinking) water, a lawful connection to electricity and a lawful connection to a working sewage treatment system.
(F) If a habitation is disconnected from any of the above three connections in division (E) above for more than 14 days for any reason, the structure must be vacated until all three utilities are restored.
