§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.05 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $200, and each and every day a violation occurs or continues to occur, shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   No offense committed and no fine, forfeiture or penalty incurred prior to the effective date of §§ 93.01 through 93.05 is to be affected by the adoption of §§ 93.01 through 93.05, but the punishment for any offense committed and the recovery of any fines or forfeitures incurred prior to such date shall take place as if §§ 93.01 through 93.05 had not been adopted.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 93.20 through 93.22 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 and that each and every day a violation continues or occurs is a separate offense.
