For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HABITABLE STRUCTURE. Any building, mobile home, manufactured home, motor home or any other enclosure capable of being used as living quarters or to house a business.
NOTICE. A written or printed announcement of the street address, and outlining the provisions of § 93.05, provided by any town official.
