(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictions therefore shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200, and that each day any such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person which violates any of the provisions of § 90.13 shall be subject to a minimum fine of $200, and each day such violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate violation.
(C) If any person is found guilty of the offense of animal at large (under § 90.14 hereof), and that animal is a wild animal, such person shall be subject to a minimum fine of $200.
