§ 71.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Each and every day any such violation occurs or continues to occur shall constitute a separate offense. Vehicle with lugs prohibited.
