§ 151.63 SPEED OF TRAINS.

   Pursuant to 45 U.S.C. § 434, the City Council finds that the following locations are a local safety hazard, and hereby reaffirms the 35 mph speed limit for trains passing through the city until a “gated” crossing is established at such locations:

   (A)   Oakridge Bypass crossing; and

   (B)   Oliphant Street crossing.
