It is unlawful for any person to ride, drive, hitch, tie or place any horse, mule, colt, cow, calf, bull or bullock, or any animal of the horse or bovine kind, or any domestic animal on any sidewalk in the city, or so near the same as to interrupt or discommode or endanger persons traveling thereon.
