§ 116.16 NOTICE AND CONDUCT OF HEARINGS.
   (A)   Notice. Notice of the hearing prescribed in § 116.15 of this chapter shall include the location to be arranged by the city.
   (B)   Evidence. Evidence may be presented by any party.
   (C)   Decision of Board. Upon conclusion of the evidence, the hearing board may vote to suspend, revoke or terminate the license or permit, or to dismiss the complaint.
