Pursuant to title 45 section 434 U.S. code, the city council finds that the following locations are a local safety hazard, and hereby reaffirms the thirty five (35) mile per hour speed limit for trains passing through Holdenville until a "gated" crossing is established at such locations:
Oakridge Bypass crossing.
Oliphant Street crossing.
