(A) Minors prohibited; liquor related acts. It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to be found in any pool or billiard hall serving “low point beer” or for any person to be in the room or hall while intoxicated or to have intoxicating liquor, or to drink any kind of liquor in such pool or billiard hall.
(B) Profane, loud language. It is unlawful to permit the use of vulgar, profane, loud or boisterous language in any such place.
(C) Gambling. No betting or gambling shall be permitted or allowed.
