(A) Compliance with zoning regulations. No establishment selling alcoholic beverages shall be located, maintained or operated by any person, at any place within the boundaries of the city except at a location at which such establishment is permitted by the zoning ordinances of the city.
(B) Compliance with state law. No person shall own, operate, maintain or be interested in any establishment selling alcoholic beverages which is forbidden as a location for such store by the laws of the state.
