(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of any provision contained in § 111.20 and 111.21 is an offense against the city; upon conviction of any such offense, the violator shall be punished as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances or by resolution of the City Council.
