(A) Unless otherwise stated, if found guilty of the offense described in this chapter, punishment shall be imposed by a fine as follows:
(1) For the first offense in a 12-month period, a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $100;
(2) For the second offense in a 12-month period, a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $250; and
(3) For the third and subsequent offense in a 12-month period, a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $500.

(B) If found guilty of the offense described in § 98.20, punishment shall be imposed by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $250.
