(A) Permit required; fee. All persons engaged in hunting activities as prescribed in previous sections and this section shall obtain an annual permit from the lake superintendent or from the City Clerk’s office. The fee for such permit shall be $5.
(B) Compliance with state game laws. All persons engaged in hunting activities shall do so pursuant to the game laws of the state.
(C) Rifle or pistol prohibited; exception. Hunting with a rifle or pistol is prohibited. Shotguns with pellets only are allowed.
