§ 92.27 FISHING TOURNAMENTS.
   (A)   Permission required. Any group or club planning a fishing outing or tournament must obtain permission from the superintendent at least ten days prior to the event.
   (B)   Boating permit. Each boat participating in such an outing must possess a current boating permit.
   (C)   Authority to prohibit. The lake superintendent, with the authority of the City Council, shall have the power to prohibit a fishing tournament.
