§ 92.05 PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE OF OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
   The installation or stopping of any trailer or the erection of any tent or shelter after one hour before sundown in the areas described in § 92.03 of this chapter shall constitute presumptive evidence of the breach of this chapter.
