§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any law or code adopted by reference in this code is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.
