No person shall park, cause to be parked, stop or leave unattended any vehicle as follows:
(A) In a careless or negligent manner;
(B) In such a manner as to endanger life, limb, persons or property; or
(C) In such manner as to endanger or interfere with the lawful traffic or use of the streets.
