(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99. (B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 73.04 shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine as provided in § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
