§ 73.03 PARKING TIME LIMITS ESTABLISHED; SIGNS.
   (A)   Council authority; signs required.
      (1)   The City Council, by motion or resolution, may establish parking time limits or prohibit parking on designated streets or parts of streets and have appropriate signs placed on the streets.
      (2)   When the signs are in place, it is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in violation of the sign.
      (3)   No such time limits shall be effective unless a sign is erected and in place at the time of the alleged violation.
   (B)   Specific no parking areas.
      (1)   There will be no parking between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Ninth Street, Tenth Street, North Broadway Street and North Oak Street where the streets are adjacent to block 64 of the original incorporated town (city) limits (on which is situated the high school building).
      (2)   There is no parking on either side of North Oak Street or on either side of Tenth Street or on either side of North Broadway Street where the streets intersect each other in a rectangular manner around Block 64 of the original incorporated town (city) limits.
