§ 70.58 VEHICLES WITH OUTSTANDING TRAFFIC CITATIONS.
   Any vehicle for which a citation has been issued, pursuant to § 70.30 of this title for violation of an ordinance, and has not been presented as required, may be impounded if parked in violation of any provision of this title.
