§ 52.10 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES OF SEPTIC TANK MATERIALS; PENALTY.
   All discharges of septic tank materials in violation of the provisions § 52.10 of this chapter shall be a violation punishable by fine. Each separate discharge from each tank shall be considered a separate violation.
