A. Official Plan: This title is hereby made a part of the official plan of the village, and subdivisions shall conform to the said official plan or the portions thereof existing, and shall not encroach upon areas designated in the official plan for future public facilities.
B. Subdivision Regulations:
1. No grading, building or construction of any kind relating to development of land within the definition of "subdivision" in section 11-1-5 of this chapter shall be started except in accordance with this title.
2. Construction of improvements shall be in accordance with this title.
3. Construction of buildings and dwellings shall be started only after issuance of building permits, and no building permit shall be issued prior to recording of the final plat. (1985 Code § 10-1-6)
