9-11-4: PENALTIES:
The following penalties shall be imposed upon any person who fails to comply with the conditions of this chapter:
   A.   In the event of failure by the grantor to provide notice as provided herein to Village Clerk the grantor shall be liable to the Village for a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 16-10, 4-11-2016)
