A. Notification To Village Building Inspector: At the time a notice of intent to transfer real property as provided herein, the Village Clerk shall notify the building inspector so that an inspection of the subject real estate can be scheduled. The building inspector shall notify the grantor of any Village Code violations and said violations shall be properly rectified prior to any sale of the real estate.
B. Notification To Water Department: At the time a notice of intent to sell is received, the Village Clerk shall notify the Superintendent of Water who shall determine if there are any outstanding water charges due the Village. If there is an outstanding balance due the Village, the same shall be paid prior to the sale of the real estate. (Ord. 16-10, 4-11-2016)
