9-11-2: TRANSFER OF TITLE BY DEED OR TRANSFER OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST:
   A.   Liability For Notice To Village Clerk: The grantor shall be responsible and liable for the notice.
   B.   Transfer Of Title: Any transfer of title which may occur without the Certificate of Building Code Compliance will be in violation of this Code.
   C.   Certificate: The Certificate of Building Code Compliance shall be on a form prepared by the Village and shall only be executed by the Village building inspector following a physical inspection of the building to be conveyed. The certificate shall be for the benefit of either the grantor or grantee. (Ord. 16-10, 4-11-2016)
