All work subject to a building permit as defined in section 9-2-7 of this chapter shall be subject to the following building permit fee:

$100,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 in value | 11/2 % of construction value |
$2,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 in value | 11/4 % of construction value |
Over $10,000,000.00 in value | 1% of construction value |
Except one and two family dwellings - No fee will be required.
Note:
1. The construction value will be determined by any nationally recognized construction cost valuation methods.
A. If an additional inspection is required, the fee will be fifty dollars ($50.00) per discipline. (Ord. 19-05, 6-4-2019)
