9-2-11: ISSUANCE OF PERMITS:
Permits authorized to be issued and required to be obtained under this title shall be issued by the Office of the Village Clerk when the application therefor and the plans submitted therewith shall have been approved by the building official and all fees have been paid. (Ord. 19-05, 6-4-2019)
