7-5-6: STOPPING OR PARKING CLOSE TO CURB:
   A.   Every vehicle stopped or parked on streets of the village forming a part of the state or county highway or village street system, where there is an adjacent curb, shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within twelve inches (12") of the right hand curb.
   B.   Except where angle parking is permitted by ordinance on streets other than streets forming a part of the state or county highway or village street system, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within twelve inches (12") of the right hand curb.
