A. Any resident who shall be declared by said person's physician to be a person with disabilities for at least one year shall be exempt from the payment of a license fee required in section 7-2-5 of this chapter. The village clerk or comptroller shall require proof of said disability in the form of a letter signed by the physician attending said person with disabilities.
B. No village resident shall pay a license fee for a noncommercial vehicle. (1985 Code § 6-2-8; amd. 2016 Code)
