6-2-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or of an executive order issued pursuant hereto shall be guilty of an offense against the village and shall be punishable by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1985 Code § 5-2-5; amd. 2016 Code)
