All of the terms of the village police administrative policy are covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the village and the Illinois fraternal order of police labor council on behalf of patrol officers. Accordingly, if there is a conflict between this code and the bargaining agreement, the bargaining agreement shall supersede. (2016 Code)
