4-11-5: INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT:
The Village and Cook County Sheriff will enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) specifying that enforcement of this chapter is by the Village of Hodgkins, in collaboration with the Cook County Sheriff. Only the Village of Hodgkins may enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 16-04, 2-8-2016)
