A. Definitions:
MOBILE OFFICE: A factory designed structure for permanent habitation and so constructed as to permit its transport on a flatbed trailer or on wheels temporarily or permanently attached to its frame from the place of its construction to the location or subsequent locations at which it is intended to be situated.
PERMANENT HABITATION: Any period of time longer than one month on any parcel of land. (Ord. 86-9, 6-9-1986)
B. Location And Condition:
1. There shall be no mobile offices within four hundred feet (400') of a sewer or village water facility except in a mobile home park and except for construction purposes. Construction offices shall be for a six (6) month maximum duration, reviewable if construction is not complete. (Ord. 86-9, 6-9-1986; amd. 2016 Code)
2. Mobile offices located more than four hundred feet (400') from any sewer or village water facility or public facility shall be permitted. Chemical sanitary facilities shall be allowed. These premises will be open for inspection by the official designated by the village at any time. (Ord. 86-9, 6-9-1986)
C. License Fee: The annual business license and inspection fee for mobile offices pursuant to subsection B of this section shall be as provided in section 4-1A-1 of this title. (Ord. 86-9, 6-9-1986; amd. 2016 Code)
