It shall be unlawful to sell or otherwise distribute food from a mobile food unit on the public streets and way of the Village. The distribution of food by mobile units shall be limited to off-street premises, such as construction sites, industrial or other commercial areas. Written permission from the owner or person in charge of such premises shall be obtained prior to the distribution of food from a mobile food unit. (Ord. 21-05, 5-20-2021)
