4-2-1: LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:

A. President Serve As: The village president shall be the local liquor control commissioner. Any fees collected by the local liquor control commissioner shall be immediately paid by such commissioner upon receipt to the village comptroller and shall become a part of the general fund of the village. (1985 Code § 3-3-1; amd. Ord. 98-23, 11-12-1998; 2016 Code)

B. Compensation: The local liquor control commissioner shall receive no compensation. (2016 Code)
