In accordance with section 11-74.4-4.2 of the act, the village hereby adopts the registration rules and registration form in exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified herein and, by this reference, made a part of this chapter, as registration rules and registration form for each interested parties registry. The tax increment finance administrator shall have the authority to amend such registration rules and registration form from time to time as may be necessary or desirable to comply with and carry out the purposes intended by the act.
