The tax increment finance administrator, or the assistant administrator, is hereby authorized and directed to create interested parties registries pursuant to and in accordance with section 11-74.4-4.2 of the Illinois tax increment allocation redevelopment act for each redevelopment project area created under the act and not terminated by the village, whether now existing or created after the effective date hereof.
