§ 153.03 APPLICABILITY OF LAWS.
   All utility hook-ups and maintenance to any mobile home shall comply with all applicable health regulations and all local, state and federal laws. Failure to comply shall void and revoke any rights to use and maintain the mobile home and shall require its immediate removal.
