(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Where work for which a permit is required by city ordinance or regulation is started or proceeded with prior to obtaining a permit, during the first 30 days of violation or 50% of construction, whichever comes first, a penalty of 50% of the cost of the usual permit fee will be added to the permit fee. After 30 days of violation or more than 50% construction, the usual fee will be doubled, but the payment of such penalty shall not relieve any persons or corporation from fully complying with the other codes, ordinances or regulations of the city in the execution of the work, nor from any other penalties prescribed by said codes, ordinances or regulations.
(2) Any person, firm, corporation or other organization which violates division (B)(1) above and § 150.01 of this chapter by work begun or services performed without payment of the appropriate fee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the violator shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500, plus court costs.

(C) (1) The owner of any structure determined to be unfit under §§ 150.15 through 150.18 of this chapter who shall fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish said structure given by the City Council under §§ 150.15 through 150.18 of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 for each offense. Every day such failure to comply continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(2) The occupant or lessee in possession who fails to comply with any notice to vacate and who fails to repair said building in accordance with any notice given as provided for in §§ 150.15 through 150.18 of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 for each offense. Every day such failure to comply continues shall be considered a separate offense.
