The following fees shall be charged for the following services:

$15,001 to $50,000 | $25 for the first $15,000, plus $3 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000 |
$50,001 to $100,000 | $130 for the first $50,000, plus $2.50 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000 |
$100,001 to $500,000 | $255 for the first $100,000, plus $2 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000 |
$500,001 and above | $1,055 for the first $500,000, plus $1 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof |
Plan-Checking Fee | When the valuation of the proposed construction, commercial, industrial or multi-family residential, exceeds $5,000, a plan-checking fee shall be required to be paid to the city at the time of submitting said plans and specifications for checking. A plan-checking fee shall be equal to one-quarter of the normal “New Construction” fee |
