§ 115.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Enforcement of this chapter shall be with the Mayor or his or her designated authority. Any complaints shall be made to City Hall during regular working hours. City officials shall verify the existence of a yard sale. In the event the sale is held on a weekend or holiday, the complaining party shall notify the city’s Police Department who shall verify the complaint.
   (B)   When complaints of more than three yard sales or yard sales lasting longer than four days are received against a property owner or occupant and verified, the city will then notify the owner or occupant that any more attempted yard sales will result in court action. Thereafter, this chapter shall be enforced as a public nuisance.
