(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of §§ 114.01 through 114.03 of this chapter shall be a violation for which the penalty is a minimum fine of $50 up to a maximum fine of $250. Non-compliance with any section of §§ 114.01 through 114.03 of this chapter shall be cause for the city police to revoke the permit and the permittee has an immediate appeal to the City Council regarding the revocation. Any application for a permit denied by the City Clerk-Treasurer and Chief of Police may be immediately appealed to the City Council. The city has the right to seek immediate judicial remedies for continued violations of §§ 114.01 through 114.03 of this chapter.
