§ 94.07 CONTAINERS; PLACING; SPECIFICATIONS.
   All garbage and refuse awaiting disposal shall be placed in metal or plastic containers equipped with a tight cover. Any container that is not a commercial dumpster used by a sanitation company shall be equipped with handles so that it may be carried by one human and shall have a capacity of not less than ten gallons or more than 30 gallons.
