§ 94.03 LITTERING PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful to deposit or permit to fall from any vehicle any garbage, refuse, rubbish or debris, on any public street or highway in the city; provided, this section shall not be construed to apply to the provisions of this subchapter preparatory to having such material collected and disposed of in the manner provided herein.
