A dumpster may be brought into the city for a TEMPORARY PURPOSE, defined herein as a period of time lasting six months or less. A permit must be obtained for a dumpster brought into the city for a temporary purpose in the same manner as a permit issued under § 50.21 of this chapter. However, a dumpster brought into the city for a temporary purpose is subject only to the requirements set forth in § 50.21(A)(1) through (A)(9) of this chapter. A temporary permit shall last for a period of six months and, if the dumpster remains on the property for a period longer than six months, a permit issued under § 50.22 of this chapter will be required.
